How do I contact customer service?

How long before my order is processed?

Processing time is 1-4 business days for regular orders. Rush orders will be shipped out within 24 hours with the exception of orders placed on Fridays after 2 pm, during the weekend, or holidays. These orders will be processed the next business day. 

Tracking information is emailed to you the moment your order ships. However, carriers do not update tracking for 24-48 hours post initial scan. We ask that you check back after 48 hours. In the event you do not see tracking information, please contact KenDoll's at kloset.kendolls@gmail.com

Do you sell gift cards?

Gift cards are not offered at this time.

What happens if my order is lost, delayed, or stolen?

In case of delay, lost, or stolen packages, please fill out a claim at USPS.com so that USPS may try to locate your order as soon as possible. Once a claim has been filed, please send us the claim information and we will wait on the results of the claim before proceeding. KenDoll's is not responsible for delayed ship time nor lost or stolen packages.

Incorrect shipping information

Please understand that our system prints shipping labels according to what the customers enter as their shipping and billing information. Please contact USPS to  reroute your package in case of any error on shipping information. The Reshipment fee for all orders will be $2.99. 

How do I cancel an order?

All orders once placed are finalized. Products are not able to be edited or changed. Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once submitted. Orders cannot be updated once they are placed.

Do you offer exchanges and returns?

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our product, we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in the case of receipt of damaged products. If an item is considered defective, please email info to kloset.kendolls@gmail.com indicating your Name, Order Number, and Photo of the Product. Defective items must be addressed within 7 days of receipt. If the product is deemed defective by KenDoll's, you will be eligible for a full refund or replacement of the same item.
Customers are responsible for the non-refundable return shipping fee. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment and are issued to the person documented on the original order.
